Our monthly shows are a
must for orchid enthusiasts or just lovers of
plants, with displays sales tables, friendly
help and advice always available, all are
welcome, and the shows are normally free to
attend, unless otherwise stated show times are
from 10.00am to 3.30pm, plants must be
registered and ready for judging at 11.00am

Barton Village Hall. –
From the M6 motorway take the M55 at junction
32, and immediately leave it at the next
junction (junction 1) turning north onto the A6.
Pass through Broughton Newsham, Barton, (look
for the Barton Grange Hotel on the
right) continue up the A6 and look for the
Village Hall on the right shortly afterwards.

All Saint’s Church
Hall. - Lies on the Left of the A538 as you
approach Hale Barns from the direction of the
M56 (exit at Junction 6). And on approaching the
town centre, look for the shopping precinct also
on your left, after passing through the
pedestrian crossing lights, you will notice a
road leading behind the precinct, and the hall
can either be accessed via that road, or just
passing it, look for a driveway, which crosses
the pavement, and turn into that as an
alternative. If you come to a major road
junction, you have just passed it.

The Village Hall –
travelling along the A556 look for the “Smoker”
Inn, and turn up the side of it (signed Plumley)
in 1 mile the road forks take the left fork, and
the Village Hall is behind a hedge to your right
just before the tennis courts.

along the A580 East Lancs Rd. at the Greyhound
Roundabout Eccles Look for Greyhound Hotel -
take the exit towards Glazebury the A574
(Warrington Rd) travel past Bents Garden Centre
and after a while you will come to a mini
roundabout take the road on the left the B5212
Glazebrook Lane, you will pass over the motorway
and through Glazebrook village, on approaching
the traffic lights at the T junction with the
A57, take the right turn just immediately before
them into Manchester Rd. Hollins Green aprrox 150yds up you
will see the Black Swan Public House on the
Right, the Venue is directly across on the Left.
From the M6 leave at
J21 and take the A57 towards Irlam and Cadishead,
from the M62 M60 leave the M60 at junction 2
taking the A57 towards Irlam and Liverpool At
Irlam Locks Circle roundabout take the 2nd exit
onto the A57 (signposted Warrington) A57 At
Northbank Industrial Park Omega Cir roundabout
take the 2nd exit onto Cadishead Way - A57
(signposted Warrington, Cadishead) Entering
Cadishead At Cadishead Way Circle roundabout
take the 1st exit onto Cadishead Way - A57
(signposted Warrington, Culcheth) At traffic
signals turn right onto the B5212 (signposted
Leigh A574) , and then take the immediate left
into Manchester Rd. Hollins Green aprrox 150yds up you will
see the Black Swan Public House on the Right,
the Venue is directly across on the Left.
The junction is 5
minutes from the M6, and perhaps 10 minutes from
the M60. (About 8 miles from either motorway)
